Lime cordial, a really citrusy zing that dances on the tongue. There’s also some fizzy lemonade flavours here - it’s actually lost all of the red fruit and gained all of the citrus in the world. It's got some sweetness too in the form of candied ginger, which also provides a little warming heat. Finish is still pretty short with a really thin mouthfeel.
