For beer heads out there, there’s only one option that springs to mind. Beer advent calendars give you the chance to try a huge array of different cans and bottles throughout the month. They may be rather bulky due to the nature of what’s inside, but they’re also the perfect way to discover a new favourite brew in time for Christmas day.A good quality ginger beer is a must for this recipe. Don’t replace it with ginger ale. It just won’t taste the same! Fresh lime: you can’t beat fresh lime juice. It tastes fantastic with the earthy ginger ale. I used fresh lime juice in this recipe and added some lime wheels for garnish. If you can’t find fresh limes, bottled works too. However, it won’t taste quite the same. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.
