You guys are such a force for good and I am a passionate supporter of Indie booksellers, so I'm so happy this worked out well (I'd love to know how many books were sold if you have it to hand - it felt like quite a lot!This experience has been fantastic primarily for the children, the school and also for me (professionally). What’s more, it is as though she’s completely oblivious to the landscape and then the changes through which she traverses. I was at my last school for 4 years and we had ********* book fairs every term – and every term, I was disappointed by the narrow range of books. Colour sequenced landscapes with broad seasonal splashes are interrupted by curious popup characters and sights.

You guys were so fab and Dawn was such a lovely presence in the schools - I will absolutely be in touch next time I'm in your neck of the woods. As he charges off, he doesn’t hear Mother Rabbit say there are plenty of juicy berries on the bush underneath their tree house. It was such a pleasure to meet you both, and I really appreciated how smoothly and professionally you ran everything.

In his haste, he doesn’t notice all the berries he passes along the way and is oblivious to the dangers lurking in the shadows. They would also only drop off a case of books and leave us to run it – it was so lovely to have you on hand to chat to the children and recommend them books, as well as the small (but appreciated! Bronnie is so lovely with the boys and we also felt that having a man enthusing about the books set a great example. This delightfully funny picture book teems with distinctive, vibrant illustrations, which are full of humour and complement the text perfectly. Yesterday a parent came over to tell me how impressed she was by the book fair and that you did a fabulous job of selling the books to the children first.
