Dead Man's Fingers Coffee Rum is a delightful infusion of Cornish Spiced Rum and freshly-percolated coffee. Warm and comforting, especially with the burnt sugar taste , which in a way , reminisced of a brûlée. The Dead Man's Fingers rum flavours now includes the tropical inspiration of Coconut, Raspberry, Passionfruit, Lime and Mango rums while also going a little bit darker with Coffee and Hazelnut rums. The bartenders there wanted to develop a rum far from conditions, which is perfect for mixing diverse cocktails and so this unique spiced rum was born.

It’s full flavoured yet rounded and nicely balanced bringing forth characteristics of vanilla, raisins and a suspicion of chocolate orange. Born in St Ives, Cornwall, it promises to prioritise new flavours, unusual notes, and to free using convention for convention’s sake when it comes to making outstanding rum.
