Longevity: 4 out of 5 – long-lasting; 7~8 hours based on using a fragrance free lotion on the skin before spraying. The violet is the strongest note I can detect, but combined with the woodsy notes and the musk, it doesn’t feel feminine. Like I mentioned before, the fragrance is really strong and can sometimes be a little harsh on the nose if you overspray. I used it again the next day and upon visiting my parents both my mum and dad passed comment on it and Dad told me that can be his birthday present!

The smell is really masculine and loud, but the perfume is made so cheaply that it negates all the benefits. After an hour it’s a close skin scent and after 3 hours it really needs another spray to keep it going. Boss Bottled Night isn't my cup of tea or rather tasse tee, however I think it's definitely worth checking out for those who like violet and leather based scents, without too much sweetness. Which may be a complaint for some as I love this scent but wish it was stronger projecting at times. If it’s too strong for you, try putting it under your clothes to get a nice effect or 1 spray only behind the neck.Woods are key to the fragrance introducing a scent replica of a rich and exotic new wood, Louro Amarelo.

Only complaint is that the performance is pretty bad, projects for like 2 hours max on my skin, a bit longer on clothes though. Found this one in the old closet yesterday, from back in the day, together with an OG Hugo Boss Bottled. This was one of the first fragrances I bought when I was a teenager and I remember they marketed this a lot.
