I followed the baking instructions to a T, but they still baked funky with burnt lattice edges and a puffy center. If you're rolling your cookie dough, and you feel like you just can't see enough chocolate chips, go ahead and add a few more to each of the cookie dough balls. Let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet for just 2-3 minutes before removing to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
