I’ve always felt Yankee should put two wicks in their medium and large jar candles years ago… I know they’ll burn faster that way but I’d rather have a strong scent with a clean (no leftover wax) low maintenance burn than a candle that lasts longer. I must mention my thoughts on the wax… I could tell right away the wax in this candle was not their normal mottled paraffin wax.I’m super excited that I finally get to share with you The Candle Review’s first actual review of a candle! The newly exposed wick was maybe 1/2 an inch or so but without a trimming it still didn’t produce that dreaded flickering black soot.

I have a sincere passion for candles, being mesmerized from the moment I saw my first flickering flame.I hope for simple true spice ones I really do like without offputting mixes, why is there no Orange or Orange with Clove or Cinnamon ? I did get this candle on sale for 50% off so I really can’t complain too much and I’m still glad I purchased it.
