As guests in Preferred Rooms we were able to eat and drink during the day at the Lounge and it was excellent. The staff there worked well as a team, communicating with each other constantly and as a result their customer service was first class. We are now offering our home treatments in London, Manchester and Brighton, with more areas coming soon. We are delighted that we were able to achieve a room change to your liking and that you enjoyed the "lovely quiet location of our hotel". Whilst your original sea-view allocation afforded a pleasant view of the sea, the vista did include villas below.Is there a gym, pool, sauna and steam room? Will you want to use any of these on the day? Is lunch provided or do they have a restaurant? If so, will you need to book in advance?
