If your child has any medical conditions or allergies then it is paramount to write this down clearly on the admission form and mention the symptoms etc to your child’s teacher; we will also keep a log of this in our office.

If you are working, seeking work, undertaking training or doing part/full time studies during the madrasah opening hours (4.45pm – 7.00pm) then you will be able to send your child to madrasah for the one hour slot from Monday 15 thMarch. Note: We may not always follow the above procedure, such as in the case of persistent and/or aggressive behaviour. In such we will suspend the pupil immediately. The management will then decide what steps to take. The platform aims to respond to the need to develop and enrich Arabic educational content and make it accessible to the largest segment of students. It provides exceptional Arabic language educational content for all subjects like science and mathematics for free. If you do not meet any of the aforementioned criteria, then your child can continue with Zoom lessons/phone calls. Please note that due to governmental Regulations, children can only attend madrasah if the parent/carer gives a completed Consent Form. You can give the forms in to the class teacher on Monday 15 th March If the concern is still not resolved, then the child may be suspended. On certain occasions a child may be expelled if is in the best interest of the Madrasa. The final decision will be made by the Madrasa disciplinary panel (Shu’ra). The login details for Zoom Classes will be the same as before. Timings will be sent to you before Tuesday.

With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, Madrasa was able to broaden its scope of action and launched the “‘Madrasa in a Bag”, a classroom in a bag, containing Madrasa’s whole library of content and material, ready to be deployed anywhere without the need to connect to the internet. In this way, Madrasa was able to support students and education authorities around the world, reaching the leaners most at risk of being left behind and marginalized. For this reason, Madrasa was also one of the recommended online learning resources by UNESCO, ISESCO, and many education ministries in the Arab world. Please note that children who are isolating will not be assessed as part of the internal assessments. If your child normally receives a phone call then the teachers will phone them as normal, although timings may be different. If they attend via Zoom, then please ask your child to log in from 6pm onwards. Your child’s admission maybe terminated if you are found to be constantly ignoring the Masjid’s request, or if you are causing disruption in anyway deemed inappropriate. Please note that parents who don’t attend this Friday will have to reschedule the meeting at a later date.

On the day, you’ll be given a sheet with the information your child will need to learn for the end-of-year exams which start on Monday 27 th June – Wednesday 6 th July 2022. If, during the madrasah opening hours (4.45pm – 7.00pm) you need to attend medical appointments or must tend to a medical need or have to attend a Support Group, then you will also be eligible to send your child to madrasah for the one hour slot from Monday 15 th March.
