Nannyninja Good as a base Makes the skin tone more even & glow. It’s also good as a base under make up.

I still love the other three shades, but Fairy Tail can look like a different shade everytime I wear it. If you have Kitten Karma, I don’t think you need Smoldering Satin as they look almost identical once on the lids. I currently own fourStila Glitter and Glow Liquid Eyeshadows in the shades; Kitten Karma, Bronzed Bell, Smoldering Satin and Fairy Tail, and so far I’ve only featured the Fairy Tail shade on my blog. The Glitter and Glow Eyeshadows are part of the Stila Magnificent Metals Collection, and they each have a clear rectangular tube, a gold matte lid and a doefoot applicator. I haven’t read one negative review on these glitter eyeshadows, and whilst they’re not fallout free, the fallout is definitely minimal compared to the fallout you’d get with loose glitters or glitter powder eyeshadows. Talc, Triethylhexanoin, Zinc Stearate, Lauroyl Lysine, Nylon-12, Magnesium Carbonate, Boron Nitride, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyl Palmitate. JB108 Nice skin This one step kitten so far I like it it’s easy to use and good it does all what it says on the tin have only used it a couple of times so hopefully it keeps up the good work Overall I continue to really like the Stila One Step Correct line and am very much enjoying these two new additions to my collection. I plan to use the rest of my original bottle to do some additional comparisons and provide future updates. UPDATE: Since the time of this original writing, Stila has also added Medium and Deep shades to the One Step Correct lineup, to better suit the needs of a broader range of skin tones and concerns. One Step Correct EyeStila's Eye Shadow shades are known for their high-quality formula and texture, which can be worn wet or dry. On my hand it did brighten but also looked textured. I decided to give it a fair try and tested it out during my normal makeup routine. On my face it did brighten quite a bit more than the original while still doing the work to cover and even out my redness and dark spots. Under makeup it feels just like the original formula in now it interacts with foundation. I used a low to medium coverage foundation to see if the brightening effect could be seen and found that my skin had a nice glow without looking too shimmery, glittery, or textured. I was worried at first but find that I like it just fine as a replacement for the original. Wrap-Up My favourite shade without a doubt is Fairy Tail as you can really make the purple tone pop by wearing a cool toned shadow underneath, and it’s so so pretty.

I think what makes the Stila Glitter and Glow shadows so unique is that they all have an opaque, coloured base which is then saturated with sparkle so you can wear them alone or layered over other eyeshadow shades. The One Step Correct Eye formula is a mix of two different peach-y tones in a mineral water base designed to brighten, hydrate, and correct the eye area. I’ve tried about a zillion brightening serums under my eyes and I do have to say, I get decent results. I use an eye cream during my skin prep, but this gave a nice additional bump of moisture while deflecting light to help brighten up my circles and minimize my bags. Concealer sits nicely on top, without creasing, caking, or creping. One Step Correct Kitten With regards to the actual product, I find Stila Kitten to be very pigmented. One swipe allows for full coverage. The consistency of Stila Kitten is soft and buttery, and once applied to the eyelids I experienced very little fall out. I usually apply my make up in a rush in the mornings, so I use Stila Kitten all over the eyelids. Once applied, it lasts about 6 or so hours. SarahBetty Reduces Redness I suffer with a red/rosy complexion. I use this under foundation and it calms the redness & gives a subtle glow.

What I particularly like about these eyeshadows is that they can applied directly to the lids with the doefoot applicator for a super intense, glitter effect or you can apply some to your fingertip or brush and dab onto the lids for a more subtle effect so you can control how intense you want the sparkle to be.

Reviews

Stila Kitten is a champagne colour with shimmer running through. It’s rather pigmented but it’s neutral enough to get away with wearing it during the day. I believe Stila Kitten also comes in a liquid eyeshadow version, although that runs ever so slightly peachy. Stila Kitten Powder Eyeshadow Review – Summary
