I don’t know why I feel so offended by this motto but I do. I think it’s the standard for NA books to have characters with this kind of mentality who treat college like it’s a huge joke. As a college student myself, I don’t find this to be true one bit. Maybe this kind of setting is present for some schools but it’s not a majority and I wish authors would stop portraying colleges like it’s a hotspot for orgies and guys are nothing more than manwhores and girls sluts. Aside from Hannah and Garrett (from book 1) the guys in this book – including Logan – have getting laid at the top of their to do lists and all the girls can’t help but want to get nailed and desperately want to lose their virginity, like the heroine Grace for an example (this is literally the first thought of hers I read). My babies who are having babies, their part didn't meet my expectations but i loved it and garret is still stupid. I can't believe he thought hannah was moving out but it was cute. he spent all night staring at the sonogram and realized that he can't not have a baby with hannah. garret is a giant cutie. Grace, on the other hand, is adorable girl with a heart of gold. Maybe a bit predictable and socially awkward, but in my opinion it worked pretty well. She’s a freshman and a virgin, who doesn’t have a filter when talking to hot guys, which frankly means she blabs everything; some stories were comical! Another winner from Elle Kennedy for me! She definitely knows how to deliver a well written, sexy and sweet new adult romance that's low on the angst and high on the humor with a dash of touching moments. Yes, definitely recommended if you're looking for a light easy read.The Score was great, but in my opinion not as funny and cute as The Mistake. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it very much, and I swooned and laughed and blushed! I just felt like something was missing,and I think that's because I found Allie's character really flat and indifferent. I couldn't connect with her and even though I didn't hate her, I didn't love her either. This, plus the drug use are the reasons I didn't give it the fifth star! That being said, let's talk about Dean, shall we? Despite that the words float to me like drinking mohitto in a hot summer day, I felt this book! I laughed, I cried, I was angry, I swoooned, I was happy, I felt everything and i couldn't put it down for a dear life !!! Reformed manwhore. Yeah yeah, you know the type, we all love them. But once he gets Allie, he is loyal, so no worries about hanky panky on the side ladies.

He wanted her to give up her dreams; never admitting she was worthy of all the success she had had... for she had been acting since a child. This wasn't some pipe dream... she had done plays, commercials and was with an agent who was booking her for a possible Fox series. I loved The Deal and didn’t think it would be possible to top it, but The Score, OMG! The Score was even better!!! The best part in the series! So yeah, I guess it’s time for Snoopy and the happy dance. I actually can believe that she managed to ruin one of the few good couples she has, but I would have preferred if she didn't. We learn how life has been pretty unfair to Allie and how things aren’t always what they seem where Dean is concerned. He lets people think he’s just a pretty face with a limited vocabulary, but he’s destined for Harvard Law and it’s due to his academic prowess and not his family’s bank account. I found myself comparing Dean to Grayson from The Friend Zone, which only made him that much more lovable to me. I refrained from posting some quotes because you guys should experience all the funnies yourself. And trust me, if you loved the previous books in the series, you will undoubtedly love this one as well.Garrett and Hannah's novella (★) — This is where I say I'm somehow surprised. hannahgarrett is probably Elle's favorite couple so I thought they would at least be spared. Wrong. Yes! Elle Kennedy has written two spin-off series to the Off Campus series including Briar U Seriesand Campus Diaries. Book Lists with the Off Campus Series: I had a problem with the flow of the story too. The beginning and the end of the book are flawless but I got bored around the middle of the book. logan & grace - nothing really happened and i don't like how the chapter ended without us hearing any vows or shit???? like wtf their part consisted of nothing but drama

I love Jake Connelly so freaking much but him scoring more than Garrett is completely unbelievable, sorry my boy! I loved their relationship. They were a very good match. Not only were they hot for each other but also talked to each other. They knew about their hobbies, their plans, their future, their dreams, there was simply connection there, and not only on the basic, carnal level. Allie Hayes is Hanna's best friend that just recently broke up with her long term boyfriend of 3 years. In fear of giving in when he comes calling again, Allie seeks an escape at Garrett's place. She knows all about Dean and his one and done ways and he may be hot but he's not for her. She's a nester. She has relationships not one night stands. But then a broken heart and some tequila lead to one of the hottest hookups of her life with none other than the sexy manwhore. She's determined to keep it in just friends zone after but Dean is determined to change her mind.

What I love about Elle's writing, is the depth that she gives her characters. And Dean certainly was no exception. He may be the hard partying manwhore with a crass sense of humor, but beneath that perfect exterior there's so much more to him and you really get to see it blossom here. The sex turned out to be mind-blowing for the both of them and after a ton of resistance from Allie, the two enter into an arrangement. They agree to have sex on a regular basis and to not see other people while doing so. But as they start to spend more time together, feelings begin to develop and pretty soon they question whether there might be something more than just sex between them. allie started off as a character i liked because she didn’t give in to dean easily, but then that tequila mess happened and lust was introduced. Who has instructed his pals how to hide their balls when taking the pic because balls are not sexy... I'm fine with the unexpected pregnancy trope, but considering their relationship I just don't understand where all this misunderstanding, secrecy and accusations came from! And the fact that she reused Garrett's piece of shit father plot instead of coming up with something new... I'm sorry, I just don't understand why that man is still wasting oxygen, and even more involved in Garrett's life. I'm happy to get a story about my favorite couple living their best life and being successful, starting a family and blah blah, but this plot definitely tainted all of the above and I can't get over it.
