The Auctioneer may confirm the sale or offer the Lot for sale again immediately. The Auctioneer’s decision will be final. The Buyer shall pay all amounts due under the Contract in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (except for any deduction or withholding required by law). The Agent may at any time, without limiting any other rights or remedies it may have, set off any amount owing to it by the Buyer against any amount payable by the Agent to the Buyer.any event occurs, or proceeding is taken, with respect to the Buyer in any jurisdiction to which it is subject that has an effect equivalent or similar to any of the events mentioned above. The provisions of this clause shall not apply to the service of any proceedings or other documents in any legal action.
