About this deal

But what I first liked about Youtheory’s supplement is that it has a pretty high dose of curcuminoides. The average supplement has anywhere between 100-150 mg per serving, which works great. Well, Youtheory’s supplement has 450 mg, which is 3 times more.

Let me put it differently. Let’s take an average turmeric supplement that has 1000 mg turmeric powder + 100 mg curcuminoides. That’s a total of 1100 mg. On the other hand, Youtheory’s product has 450 mg of curcuminoides and that’s pretty much it. Turmeric root is made from turmeric that has been dried and ground into a fine powder, similar to what you might find in the spice aisle. Meanwhile, turmeric extract is a more concentrated ingredient produced using methods that help isolate beneficial compounds found in the root, including curcuminoids.is made by a company that provides objective measures of trust, such as having its supplements validated by third-party labs The way I see it, that notion of getting the full benefit is kind of deceiving. Because what I feel it implies is that BCM-95 is this absolutely amazing, powerful, best Curcumin formulation there is. But that’s not even remotely true. Stuff like CurcuWin, Longvida, Novasol are far more capable despite this supposed “full benefit” that somewhat commonly gets attributed to BCM-95. Similar to Thorne Meriva 500-SF, it’s also a 1-gram dose found in two capsules, so you may want to start with 500 milligrams (one capsule) to be sure you tolerate it before taking the full dose of one capsule twice per day.

For now, all I can say is that I’m really impressed with this product for using it. So when it comes to olive extract, thumbs up for Youtheory’s supplement. So compared to other supplements, there was a visible improvement. I went from a 7 to a 4 in about 2 months, so that’s not a minor thing. That’s because it doesn’t have amazing ingredients and there isn’t anything special about it. It did work in my case, but not any better than certain supplements (that were cheaper). The truth of the matter is that BCM-95 and C3 Complex + BioPerine are in somewhat the same weight category if that makes sense. For these, it kind of more comes down to which one comes in higher amounts. But C3 Complex doesn’t use the essential oil. This is a subjective assessment based on the strength of the available informations and our estimation of efficacy. There are a number of ways you can consume turmeric powder, including as a spice in food, in tea, and in supplements. However, the amount you consume via food or drinks is extremely small compared to the dose that can be found in supplements and has been shown in research to possibly provide health benefits. Hence, I do believe it’s rather the story of additives that get added to either of the supplements (all other things being equal).
