Washington College, but when someone goes to investigate, he disappears. A female ghost also haunts the 5th floor, and students often hear the sound of high heeled shoes when nobody is around. There is also an urban legend about a student who died from hypothermia on campus. It is said that on cold mornings, she sometimes writes the word "HELP" on the windows. The Mt. There was such a buzz around these events every time they were on. Roy Memorial Park in Litchfield, New Hampshire is said to be haunted by the spirit of a young boy, whose apparition is seen and heard in the nearby pond calling out for help.
