The larger aperture Celestron Powerseeker 114EQ Newtonian Telescope has more light gathering capability with 114mm aperture, is more powerful with higher magnification and has an equatorial mount for finer incremental adjustment using the slow motion control rods. Any scope in the Celestron Powerseeker or Celestron Astromaster range with a Manual German Equatorial Mount can use a Motor Drive, the Celestron motor drive can be purchase separately if required.
