What is infuriating is that the author keeps mocking the "accidentalists" while this book is the biggest masterpiece of accidentalism that has ever been written. As has been shown in nation after nation, if this is allowed to happen, monopolies in manufacturing, communication, transportation, and all other significant economic activities will follow, and that is itself just a transitional stage on the way to estabilshment of a world totalitarian dictatorship. If nothing else, it might help focus public opinion and maybe give an insight to why certain things are happening in the world of today.
