About this deal

It is still more current in South Yorkshire (Barnsley, Sheffield area) but largely amongst the older generation. I have lived in Yorkshire for the last 16 years (within 20 miles of Leeds) and I have never heard it used routinely by anyone. But, while the city boasted a thriving alternative music scene with the opportunity to discover new bands and listen to the latest indie tunes the likes of The Faversham, Mint, and The HiFi Club, it was also a student town; a hub of super-clubs and cheap nights out.

I asked why the riots emerged and no one really knows beyond statements of civil unrest and a desire to revolt against ‘something’. He added: "But the weird thing is, we thought that was really peculiar to us and Leeds and our lives".Two years after the track was released, Hodgson told The Guardian: "I used to DJ with my friend Nick at The Cockpit in Leeds. He was heard playing the 1975 Bay City Rollers song Bye Bye Baby overlaid with the lyrics “bye bye Boris”.

Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Stu from Fife, ScotlandIs it not: "Watching the people get leery; It's not very pretty, I tell thee", because leery means looking sly, as if plotting something. It was originally released as their second single on 1 November 2004 and was the band's first release on the B-Unique label.
