While the obvious answer would be Thalia for her willingness to question everything she’s ever known and give up privileges for the greater good, or Basil for his indomitable spirit and engineering genius, if I’m really honest, I totally dig Thalia’s best friend Yaz.A lot of the plot gets moved along because one of them does something foolish and the other goes along to try to help diffuse the situation…. One World likes to pretend that they have cured all the world’s ills, but the truth is that they have created for themselves a single market which is making them incredibly rich, but at the expense of many others. Squirrel is hungry, very hungry, he’s so hungry in fact that he feels he could eat…a bread roll, popcorn in a bowl, and more…This paperback picture book is wider than A4 in size and is filled with lots of fun and colourful illustrations and some text. In my bedroom, I command the screen into a mirror and study my reflection, wondering if Yaz and my mom could be right about my clothes.
