The Prosecco Spumante Low Alcohol Demi-Sec is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. This weekend sparkling drink is made from a combination of Chardonnay, Colombard and Ugni Blanc grapes that are carefully harvested and processed. The family’s winery and vineyard (154 hectares) are located near Treviso, between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, which is a perfect area for the production of organic grapes.
