My opinion of bread lasting any longer would indicate its full of preservatives which I'm personal not keen on. I bought the junior model and followed the instructions to the letter, however, my bread went mouldy faster than had I left it in the plastic wrapper it came in. Tupperware have destroyed their Quality branding with the introduction of the Bread Bin, my experience is the Bread goes mouldy much quick in their Bread Bin, loafs lasted longer in the original packaging.
