We had a wonderful stay at the Olive Press. The villa is very well designed and equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. When a couple of minor things went wrong, Vasilis turned up very promptly to repair them! Please give a special thankyou to him from all of us. Fiskardo is a beautiful place to visit and we very much enjoyed the food and the beautiful beaches and coves so perfect for swimming. Hope to return one day! We stayed at the olive press in Sept with my husband and eldest daughter and family it was absolutely gorgeous. We had a fantastic time the views are breath taking and the villa was just "Wow" absolutely stunning with quirky aspects, everything is top notch and the owners have thought of everything to give you a first class holiday even down to a lovely welcome hamper on arrival. We certainly recommend this villa for an amazing holiday. We had a brilliant time thank you. The villa was perfect and we were very comfortable - even the wasps didn't pester us this year! We were thrilled with the platter of salads that was in the fridge when we arrived - it was very gratefully received. There is nothing negative to say about the property as it worked very well for our group of two families who get on very well together. Thank you again for yet another great location and property and with no hassles or problems.

We had a great time at the Olive Press - a truly lovely villa and with so many personal touches. The phone box was superb!

The property has WIFI, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV in the living room for Netflix and other channels, and DVD player with a large library of DVDs. The pool is heated in April, May, September and October and included in the price of the villa. Wow!! What a dream Villa, we enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. We went out for supper every night to Fiscardo....... so vibrant and ideal for people watching! We hope to return to Kephalonia sometime soon, God willing. The villa is stunning and location worked perfectly for us. We had a first class holiday and would happily book again through Pretty Greek Villas. Adjoining the living room is a utility area for guests' use with washing machine and large area for storage. Beautifully renovated olive press, with its own private heated swimming pool making it perfect for early bookings in May and later ones through until November. We all had a lovely holiday and hope to visit Greece again. What a fantastic time we had. The villa is absolutely lovely and in a beautiful spot. Thank you for your help over the last 7 months without you we would not have had such a wonderful time. The shopping was delivered which proved to be a god send after such a long journey. Hire vehicle arrived Saturday that was a bonus. We all have the holiday blues :(

We had a lovely holiday and you were very helpful. I cannot fault the service that your company provided. If you have a grievance, the concern can be discussed with a TOP supervising staff. If you decide to speak to a TOP staff member and an agreement cannot be reached, you should proceed to the next step of this grievance procedure. You can also file a grievance without any discussion and proceed to the next step.
