Yes and no. In some organizations, recruiters who focus extensively on lesser-value top-of-funnel activities (i.e. more than 60% of their week is spent screening) could lose their jobs as the tech can do it better and doesn’t need a salary and benefits. Then there are these things called meta-knowing, meta-cognitive, meta-subjective, meta-contextual - and I'll come to perceived self-efficacy - these meta-intelligences, that's where I think the most attention needs to be paid. AI cannot do this. AI does not understand itself. We can. We don't always understand ourselves very accurately, but we can learn. And that's really important.
