The material part is fine but the plastic part has a murky film on it that i'm finding really hard to clean off. Once dry, just wipe down (the misty side) with some Baby oil and it should be as see through as ever once again. The YOYO bassinet is the newer option of the two and offers what you may recognise as a traditional carrycot whereas the 0+ is a fabric pack that attaches to your seat turning it into a parent facing position.
