As a crochet and amigurumi designer, I have found when I crochet a pattern by another designer, I ALWAYS learn something new. This adorable amigurumi crochet kit includes all the materials you’ll need to create two of the ten cuddly dog designs: yarn, a crochet hook, a tapestry needle, fiberfill stuffing, and two pairs of safety eyes.
It came out so cute, smaller than the pattern (only 2 ½ inches), because of the change in yarn and hook size. I still do not regret this purchase as it is still a very good resource for crochet beginners (though I don't consider myself beginner anymore).

Therefore, I feel an absolute beginner will likely need more then this book and will still need to watch tutorials on utube to get the basics down. This beginner-friendly book is a fabulous collection of adorable designs that is sure to draw readers into the wonderful world of amigurumi!I’ve never crochet a food item before, so I really enjoyed the challenge of crocheting and assembling flat pieces and using cardboard inside to hold the shape.

As of right now, I tend to YouTube something if I need to know something specific about a stitch or pattern. Whether a novice or an experienced crocheter, anyone can pick up a needle and complete these cuddly creations.
