While the card play remains the same as previous titles, specific cards represent new thematic elements. We knew the game had to feel like Undaunted, but we were also willing to push the system to the extreme. Some planes move faster, some can fire in combat only ahead of them, whereas certain planes can only fire behind them or to the sides. The main negative I can say about it is that I can’t imagine bothering with the campaign rules, which are as light as anything.

First, it’s a deck-building game, meaning that players must take strategic control over what cards they gather into their personal decks. However, it also throws you constant curveballs in the form of the fickle card draw, which can easily force you to overshoot or give your opponent an easy escape before you can act. Gerry and Shay take on the role of the RAF and the Luftwaffe in Undaunted: Battle Of Britain and tackle Scenario 6, Destroy The Destroyers.
