The “IPS-type” panel – it’s actually Samsung’s PLS technology – runs at 60Hz and has a reasonable 6ms response time, while the 1080p resolution is entirely typical for a display of this size. A value greater than DeltaE 3 is considered significant deviation that some users would readily notice by eye.

Claiming 99% sRGB and 85% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage out of the box, the Dell UltraSharp 24 could be a shoe-in for photo and video editing too.
