That’s how you grow a community, and that’s how you become known for being an expert in your field: by believing that every person you speak to is the most important person in the world at that very moment.Luckily I didn't cause by the end of this book it had made me think, rather "learn techniques", and it did this in a way that no coaching book has ever come close to. I did find the book repetitive in places -- especially toward the end -- but I didn't mind hearing the same message repeated since I found myself nodding along every time.

I'd say it's worth reading/skimming, but don't purchase this book; it won't be one you go back to again. I loved their advice to approach your coaching like a business - something that I feel is too often missing in the world of coaching. The book is organized in a fun, easy-to-read way, and I like the way it flows between the voices of Steve and Rich. That way, if the desire begins to build in you to be coached you can come back to me, but only when you are ready, and if you decide you want to begin, the moment you make your payment, you’re in.Imagine being surrounded by extraordinary top performers… We support each other, we challenge each other, and we share our wisdom and talents with each other. And also the fact that he helps me hold the bigger agenda of my leadership persistently and fiercely, and to go beyond what I first imagine – always. And I’ve found the fastest breakthroughs always happen when we’re working in a group of top performers. You can also start by reconnecting with people you already know, like old friends or colleagues, and ask about their life in a genuine way.
