The default English lossless track is the same as found on the previous release and unlike the picture was a very solid and adept soundtrack. The grading may not have that "wow" factor to it, but the faithfulness to the film's intended color timing is very welcome. Leaning into and growing out of their traditional ‘final girl’, ‘feisty hero’ and, er, ‘cop’ roles, they all bring a fizzing energy that comes from a once-in-a-lifetime gathering of this group of people.anyway – will be launched into franchise and Horror film lore as has the ensemble from the original. Contrast is also occasionally an issue, strangely in mostly moderately lit scenes (as in the bathroom scene with Campbell at school), where things are just slightly mushy.

Paramount Pictures UK, in association with Spyglass Media Group, has officially announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Scream (2022).A near faultless blend of self-awareness, humor and outright scream-worthy scares, this is a film that knows you know what to expect, and it plays with those expectations like a cat with a cornered mouse. Not just a horror sequel, but any sequel – be about something more than a simple retread but don’t forget its raison d’etre. Ghostface's menacing voice sounds impressively gravelly and of course the screams, slashing and general clatter of all of the attack scenes are extremely well placed around the soundfield. Contrast is pitch-perfect and bright with a brilliant display of primary colors and strong, cleanly-rendered variation in the secondary hues. track that reminds us that we don’t need a fancy new 3D soundtrack to feel part of what’s going on on-screen.
