As an additional tidbit, you get more REP when playing on Last Stand, but this is very risky, and with the amount of times you're bound to crash before reaching 50K, I think it's more efficient to just do regular runs with more lives to spare. The best way I've found to get 50,000k rep in a session, for at least get the 20% chance of getting an item from the same rarity as the whoopee cushion, is to play all the levels on the de desert world at the career+.

I recommend going as fast as possible and do tricks when possible, but be careful and go slower on the maps with a steepness greater than 6 where is very easy to bail.
