The side overhangs of the LMB and RMB feel very slightly recessed, just enough that it doesn't seem like I'll get pinched on the right side, although if I try to fit my thumb underneath LMB it does get pinched a bit. As an ultra-low sensitivity player, I prefer this as I use my arm for macro-adjustments and my wrists for micro-adjustments.Coolermaster did say that they wanted to keep this as close to the original shape as possible, hence the overhang, but for those of you complaining that they're not listening, it seems like they actually updated the wired MM710 to reduce the overhang and reduce the sharp edge of the side buttons, so maybe in the future they'll add these changes to the wireless one as well.
