About this deal

He also enjoys the black arts, and he often attempts to do horrible things to Bear by casting spells on him or making look alike Bears to annoy/kill/maim. Bear is Karl's best friend, and they sometimes have serious discussions although both have acknowledged a distaste for doing so. Bear is known to date human women, much to Karl's surprise, and he spends a good deal of his time fantasizing about being a ladies' man or a gentleman in a Jane Austen novel. If you enjoy crazy chases, random animals popping up and bonkers costumes, this second Looshkin book is for you. Prior to starting his own business, Jamie led multi-million pound organizational change programmes and was also brought in as a troubleshooter to rescue struggling projects.

Karl, Looshkin's hapless bachelor owner, thinks Looshkin is just lonely and needs a female cat to play with, but the traumatized Bear vehemently disagrees. Off-the-wall characters, wacky storylines and hilarious comic-strip illustrations ensure there are plenty of laughs on every page.

In fact, the book should come with a warning – readers are in danger of laughing themselves into an injury. Looshkin often plays cruel, sadistic, and nonsensical pranks on Bear, and it is not uncommon for faeces and dismemberment to come into play.

She needs to learn everything there is to know about life, so it's probably not the best idea that she's surrounded by Bunny, Monkey, Weenie, Pig and the gang. His activities usually consist of senseless babblings and innumerable sadistic acts on people, chiefly his housemate Bear, or whoever is closest when he gets his hands on a likely weapon.Looshkin has thought of cloning Bear with a kit that will give him an endless supply of Bear clones on which to waste his days torturing and killing. Anything that could possibly go wrong all comes down to Looshkin: from bringing home a shark and insisting it’s an otter to opening a portal to hell, Looshkin leaves a trail of destruction wherever he goes.

He shows individuals and organizations the unexpected keys to clarity; the ultimate leverage point for creating more time, better decisions and meaningful results. If you look away for just a moment, your house will be full of foamy bubbles, there are pigs on your roof, and a portal to a hell-dimension has opened in your loft. Mrs Johnson gets a cat in the hope of making her family a bit more normal, but little does she know that she’s just brought home Looshkin, who is anything but.

Once upon a time only cat owners would know the true strangeness of their own cats, but the wonder of the internet reveals that most cats are little screwy, and as this book proves, Looshkin is the screwiest of them all.

While I can't confirm this, I assume that these comics are printed at the same size as when they originally appeared in the magazine. Here, Looshkin confuses some astronauts, terrifies some aliens, becomes the head of marketing for a day (because he’s wearing a tie) and gives a garden gnome the adventure of a lifetime. The stories are marked by a combination of violent shocks, random silliness, and other hallmarks of Dada.

He said it was “so funny it made his heart die” and he wanted to “spend all his money on more Looshkin books”. An outrageously fun graphic novel in a class of its own for silliness, readers will just love the hilarious absurdity of Looshkin.
