Unlike ordinary ceiling paint, Pixie paint is not meant to cover the whole surface of the ceiling, far from it. If you charge them using an intense light like an LED light or blacklight, they will fluoresce brightly. But what I recommend is to hold the decals for about 3 minutes and about 8″ under a lamp to activate the decals before installation.
