The book was slated to be coming out on May 4, 2021, but was then delayed to August 10, 2021, and then again to November 9, 2021. It was later confirmed to be released on the 26th of September 2023 on the Dork Diaries official page. Brianna is afraid of the tooth fairy because Nikki told her the tooth fairy collects children's teeth to make dentures for old people. This book brings back so much nostalgia from my childhood because I would always be so excited for Rachel Renee Russell's books to come out. Nikki was so worried in the beginning of the book about what other people would think of her if they saw the video of her falling off the stage, but proceeds to completely forget about that when Paris comes up.
My favorite character in this particular book was Nikki’s little sister, Brianna, because she came through at the end of the book. I liked the layout and illustrations in this book and I think many young readers will enjoy this installment of the Dork Diaries series. Guys it is not fair judge a book without reading it, so just because you are mad the book kept getting delayed doesn't make it right to leave it a bad review. One thing I hate about these books is that Nikki is constantly complaining about how bratty and privileged Mackenzie is.
