If I had a dollar for every time a Lieutenant lover had bemoaned the lack of a Columbo Blu-ray boxset, I’d be a wealthy man indeed.Thank you Kino Lorber and Columbophile and even if it’s in the 300 range the inclusion of special features makes it still a must have for me at least, in fact I’d expect it to be in that ballpark. This new release is sourced from brand new new 4K transfers of the original first generation negatives.

appreciate this site as I usually fall asleep( esp season 5-7) actions trump words andif I can’t stay awake there prob a reason for it. Daniel, that would be great, but “Enough Rope” has been out of public circulation for decades, available for viewing only during occasional special screenings by the UCLA Film and Television Archives (last showing was April 2021).More than merely releasing the series in glorious HD, the new boxsets will provide the sort of extras fans have been clamouring for since Columbo was first made available on DVD in the early 2000s.
