Rupert's made these fabulous little vegan sushi rolls, wrapped in our popular vegetable sheets and topped with some intensely-flavoured caviar pearls. Coconut milk just might not be the perfect choice for some dishes unless you choose to do things to counterbalance that strong taste.

Only a few drops are needed as this is a high strength professional essence and a popular flavour in the Foodie Flavours™ range. I tried using coconut milk without much success but this flavouring using 1ml for 900ml of milk worked very well giving a natural coconut flavoured yogurt. Give your homemade bakes an exotic twist, with Food Flavour’s Natural Coconut Flavouring, specially designed to give you a nature-identical taste with just a few drops. Our Coconut essence is crafted from natural plant substances only and is great for flavouring icings or cake sponge as well as general baking, desserts and more.

Make sure you snag unflavored gelatin so we don’t have any other flavors messing with our coconut love we have going on. I followed the recipe exactly and was wondering if it would have been softer if I had not “mixed” the gelatin and just sprinkle it on to the cold water and whether I should have used one package per 1/4 cup of water instead of the 1 1/2 packets I used to the 1/4 cup of cold water.
