While this second autobiography gives a great deal of advice to aspiring actors, the stories of his encounters with so many legendary figures are fascinating. According to several sources, the "Aston" pushed off the cliff was a Vignale Lancia Flaminia mocked up as an Aston.

Although primarily aimed at those with a yen for performance, his advice is useful for anyone wanting to better themselves.
