The T5 is tiny thanks to an 11mm thickness, it weighs just 51g, and it has a good-looking metal finish. The Toshiba doesn’t have a metal exterior, so build quality is middling, and its performance is average – fine for the PS4, but not quick enough to break speed records.Crucial’s drives don’t quite have the performance levels of Samsung’s drives, but in the PS4 that is less important thanks to their older storage connectivity systems. There's a small but clear LED indicator on one of the short ends which is always a help, but one small downside is that it does get a little warm when in use so it'll pay to keep that in mind when positioning it.
