You are entitled to a rest period of not less than eleven consecutive hours in each twenty-four hour period. The Working Time Regulations indicate that in these circumstances, daily and weekly rest entitlements do not apply. Although not an SI unit for either time or angle, the minute is accepted for use with SI units for both.
