Bought the laptop for my husband as his HP one had died - looked at this one for a while and thought it was good value seeing that it had 12gb memory and a 512GB SSD hard drive. When it came, it had the American layout keyboard however it came with a number of rubberised keyboard covers so that you can change the layout of the keyboard in Settings to UK and put the UK keyboard cover on and it works great. A benefit to the cover is that the keys don't get dirty or worn out. The only downside is that the charger cable is a little short but that doesn't detract away from how good the laptop is. The casing is slim and there are concerns it could be easily broken so a sturdy case is needed to prevent damage, but it dies make it light and easy to carry. Due to its larger frame, its comfortable to use and easy to see from a distance.
