Each soul has its own individual “star” sectors (the path of complete self-realization). To get there, you need to stop your attempts of being like someone else, stop attempts of repeating another person’s scenario, and to recognize the magnificence of your own individuality. You have to be daring to turn your mind to your unique soul. Do not be afraid to break stereotypes of pendulums that scream: “do as I do” and “be like everyone else.” Make the following substitutions: fear - confidence; gloom- enthusiasm; resentment - indifference; irritation- joy. Gods, this universe, or some sinister people I conjured up in my mind, who were destined to put me in this state... I couldn't even stand watching myself in the mirror, because I detested myself so much and I was in denial. I screamed "why" almost every single day, secretly, only when I was alone. I was not living my life. I was pretending to be someone else, while I hated doing it so much. Most of the pendulums have destructive nature because they drain energy from their followers and oppress them. Pronounced examples of pendulums are the pendulums of war, economic crisis, and criminal gangs. Discontent or self-deprecation, for example, will bring on more obstacles to show where one is out of balance. Anger will attract aggravating circumstances. The solution then is to drop importance to whatever upsets you.

This, in a way, is what the book is all about; the essence of the book. You have been given the invaluable gift of freedom of choice and once you learn to use it, the world is yours — that’s the main idea. A pendulum opposes its followers to other groups (We are good and they are bad). A pendulum aggressively accuses everyone that didn’t decide to become a follower and tries either to attract or to neutralize/destroy him.One of the things I had always wondered in life was, that how do certain people seem to get better grades in school without working as hard as I do. The reason is that I give my grades and exam situation way too much meaning. I know people who may seem dumb on the outside, but who manage to get good grades consistently, because at the end of the day they don't really care. Again, read the book to better understand me. Just think how hard it is when something is bothering you to take your mind off of it and focus on something else. Feeling guilty is another way of pendulum to force energy out of you. The Space of Variations can be imagined as sort of a tree with an infinite amount of branches and their entanglements where each branch (so-called sector) represents a certain possible variation. In a nutshell, Transurfing is a series of techniques aimed at shaping your own reality by following the path of least resistance.

Dans le meilleur des cas, ce livre serait un joli effort d’un certain auteur, qui, en combinant un grand nombre des recommandations tirés et inspirées de la psychologie, des religions, des livres de développement personnels, etc, essaye de les structurer autour d’une vision du monde (Transurfing) qu’il s’est inventé lui-même, ou plutôt qu’on lui a permis de découvrir (dans un de ses rêves!)

Put on the positive slide all that will bring you happiness — love, good looks, a successful career, health, abundance, and excellent relationships with others. you can't treat this book like any other book you've read before.. I'm a very fast reader but yet it took me over a year to finish it..some of the ideas was so hard to swallow.. I needed to experience everything myself..the first month I started reading it.. it made me awfully mad.. I thought there was no way I can apply this transferring method.. I'm not a robot without feelings.. so I threw it away and I couldn't believe it anymore..
