About this deal

I've been a big fan of Mox since his debut in the SHIELD in 2012. I've had a privilege to watch him at a WWE Live Show in Dubai in 2016 as well. And as a big fan, re-reading about the legendary moment he made his way through the AE-dub crowd at DoN 2019 and downed Jericho and Omega, gave me the chills. (Probably going to have to re-watch that clip for the thousand-th time) All branding was covered over, with the products identified only by numbers. I also joined the evaluations and participated in the same way, except it was impossible for me not to know which book came from which service. Moxley reminds me of kids I went to high school with in the late 90s. He wants to appear tough. He wants to be an outcast. He seems to relish being different. I can see how his personality may come across as obnoxious to some, but he reminds me of a simpler time in life -- and the people I knew during that time. I knew exactly what was coming next and my jaw was still on the floor. I could only imagine what everybody at the show was thinking when it actually happened.

MOX is an autobiography written by Jon Moxley, regarding his love affair and struggles with his creative passion: Pro Wrestling. Moxley takes you on a whirlwind tour of his psyche, dumping everything from romance tips to insights on developing as a talent, to training in MMA, creative differences with Vince McMahon, going to Japan, and blood-curdling tales of intense performances. Moxley has taken his character and personality and put it down here in a story that blends together mediums, styles, journals, thoughts and performances into a bloody bowl of mashed potatoes. Mixbook’s app allows you to access and edit any saved projects, upload photos directly from your phone and create a photo book from the palm of your hand. Not only does this mean you won’t have to transfer all your photos to your desktop, which can be a bit of a pain, but you can create a fully customized photo book from the palm of your hand. There isn’t a lot in here about his time in AEW if you’re looking for insight into his nearly year-long title reign. He speaks candidly about his work with Brodie Lee surrounding their title program at 2020’s Double or Nothing, and the awful conclusion to the Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match with Kenny but nothing really about his programs with MJF or Eddie, which I would have liked. One of my favorite parts about Mox is the tangents Moxley goes on between chapters about his life and career, such as:MOX is the most intimate pro wrestling memoir I've read because it's the most unique. I heard Jon Moxley's (aka Jonathan Good) voice in my head as I read. He describes his process: Every now and then, when he felt so inclined, he sat down at his wife's MacBook and wrote about something. One part of this book talks about being driven to a 'tournament of death'. It sounds like a set-up to a horror movie or a Mortal Kombat game more than a wrestling event. Mox is an autobiographical look at pieces of the life of Jon Moxley, professional wrestler and lover of violence. As expected, Moxley delves into his personal life and wrestling career but in a way I didn’t see coming. Reading this book felt like having Moxley speak right to me. Having heard him give interviews before and deliver countless wrestling promos, his voice came through perfectly. Final scores were a weighted average, with quality comprising 50 percent of the score, software 30 percent, and price 20 percent. When is the best time to buy a photo book? Perez, Sarah. The sheer tenacity of this performance is either crazy, inspiring or delusional. Or all of the above. Each day of your life comes with precious moments. While it's true that often time flies too fast, there is a way for you to keep those moments. You can capture the events that a close to your heart with a camera. Then, you can turn them into a story that tells the tale of your life. The tournament of death is a series of matches held on a private property away from the rules and regulations of civility. Y'know that stuff that keeps you from getting killed (and FYI somebody does die, for real). Wrestling has birthed two of my favorite quotes ever, one of them alternatively attributed to Johnny Valentine, Terry Funk and Roddy Piper (three undeniable greats) is "I can't make them believe wrestling is real, but I can make them believe I'm real". But if you're after something more special, then crank things up. Taking things up to A4 or even A3 size means that you'll get larger (or more) photos to cherish and can turn your photo book into a stunning talking point to put on your coffee table. Is Snapfish or Shutterfly better? Your child's first steps deserve to be preserved. How about the priceless look on your friend's face when you played a little prank? You probably have many seemingly tiny events that deserve to be looked at again.
