It was not long ago when Hasbro revealed their next Marvel Legends Build-A-Figure Wave. The wave will consist of more figures from Disney+ plus, and the end result will allow fans to build Infinity Ultron from Marvel Studios What If…?. So far, the wave aery consists of Hawkeye and Kate Bishop from Hawkeye, and it looks like the next figure has arrived. This is no April Fool's joke as Moon Knight is fairly coming to Marvel Legends and is featuring his new live-action appearance! I knew Moon Knight would get some pretty sweet collectibles and Hasbro's Marvel Legends team just confirms it. To please fans, Marvel.com did announce the first images of the Marvel Legends figure with a digital render to please Legends fans. This Moon Knight figure is inspired by the character’s appearance in Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight on Disney Plus! The first episode dragged a bit and was somewhat confusing at times. But, it had enough to keep me watching a second episode, then a third, fourth... well you get the idea. I think what kept me interested was the fact that Moon Knight is not your typical superhero. Mercenary Marc Spector died in Egypt, under a statue of the ancient deity Khonshu. He returned to life in the shadow of the moon god and wore his aspect as Moon Knight to fight crime for his own redemption. Marvel Legends The Infinity Saga Thor ( The Dark World )
This collectible 6-inch -scale Marvel Legends action figure is detailed to look like the Moon Knight character from Marvel’s Moon Knight comics featuring premium detail and multiple points of articulation. I really love the look of the figure and I love all the details of him, especially the gold parts of his costume on his chest logo and belt. They make the figure really stand out! The head sculpt looks fantastic and I really dig the hieroglyphics on his leg and the moon logo on his hood. It looks like this figure will have a few textures sculpted into it what with the wrappings and cloth tunic and cloak. I am amazed by how good this figure looks as we haven’t seen much of this Moon Knight costume in the series yet. Accessory wise he comes with a pair of interchangeable hands and a moon crescent blade which has a nice intricate pattern engraved on it. This Moon Knight action figure is inspired by the character’s appearance in Marvel’s’ Moon Knight comics and makes a great addition to any collection of Marvel Legends action figures As you can see from the picture above, all we’ve got so far is a digital rendering without any poses. That being said, the potential sculpt/texturing looks phenomenal. It’s disappointing that there aren’t more accessories, but at least we’ll get a really nice looking moon-a-rang.
