When It Falls Apart by Catherine Bybee: Review, excerpt, interview with the author, and a giveaway! She attended the University of North Carolina, located at Chapel Hill, and will forever be a Tar Heel. She graduated with her journalism degree and it was full steam ahead. She has since focused on doing writing for organizations that are not for profit. She has also dabbled in some ghost writing of the nonfiction variety. In the most recent years she began telling stories once more and working in fiction.

Bristol and Grip's connection is why I love reading romance novels. Their game of cat and mouse that they play keeps the story fun. Their sexiness is through the roof. Their willingness to defy all odds and be together is so dreamy, so impactful, because in doing that they're each sacrificing a bit of themselves. Even though it’s all going well, she never thought that she would ran into a guy that seems to be everything she ever dreamed of. Walsh has green eyes that penetrate her soul and they have instant chemistry. He is pretty much the man of all her dreams. The only problem is that she pretty much is involved with someone else. There are so many important lessons to be learnt in this novel and the author must be given high praise for writing and successfully portraying these hot-topic social issues. The chemistry between Bristol and Grip was just off the charts amazing. They had an instant connection and Kennedy Ryan did a fantastic job of making the reader feel the emotions along with them especially with that cliff-hanger ending. OMG....This was an excellent read. In Still, Bristol and Grip continue with their life together, some people still doubt their love for each other. What I like about this couple is their open communication with each other they may have some arguments just like any other couple but at the end of the day, they were able to resolve it.

Their friendship and love is unparalleled and in STILL both are being put to the test. Grip and Bristol both fight tooth and nails to protect and save one another. No matter the cost. They are each other's constants and confidents. I was definitely wooed by Grip and his delicious chocolate charm. Marlon aka Grip isn't all about being a famous hip hop star. No, he has so much story hidden behind those good looks of his. A voice to be heard because he has plenty to say. Not just through his lyrics but also in general. A very strong opinion and a talent beyond words. He's also a good man who's been raised right by his mother in a tough environment in Compton. When he finally gains success he never forgets where he's from or the people that matter the most to him. Kennedy Ryan penetrated my soul with STILL. Her flawless and poetic prose kept me spellbound. Her narrative is strong, powerful and with STILL Ryan captures and explores clearly what's current in the world today, questions it and brings awareness to it with authenticity.

Publication Order of Soul Books

I want so much more than her body. She has thieved my soul, and I need to feel the reciprocity, the exchange. To know I’ve pilfered her and taken everything that she would offer and anything she meant to hold. Because that’s what she’s done to me. What we also get is a look at their struggle. We know that Bristol is a powerhouse, and she is a boss babe extraordinaire in this book. Grip is finding his voice and his passion and begins to dig deeper into how he wants to impact the world. The pain that they experience in this book will pierce your heart, but the way this author weaves beauty into tragedy is breathtaking.
