Ashes can be added to weapons but they are not permanent and can be removed and replaced by another one without losing it, so feel free to experiment. Non-standard weapons you find come with Ashes you can't change. Once through the manor, you will come to an area guarded by Glintstone Dragon Adula. You don't have to defeat this dragon. This area has 3 towers called "Rises". Only one of them is accessible at the moment: Ranni's Rise, which you can find to the west. When pretty much everything in the world is trying to kill you, having the help of summoned spirits can be a game changer. That being said, though, if the enemies you face keep getting tougher and your spirits don't improve over time, you may run into some issues. Fortunately, you can actually upgrade your spirits using bolstering materials similar to how you upgrade your weapons and flasks.There is a glitch that allows you to summon white sign mad phantom in Gael’s Arena (Credit to Dashingsaint), if you keep Shira alived while she invade you (you can escape her simply sprint out her aggro range), you won’t trigger gael boss cutscene, and then you could put down you purple summon white sign or summon other white purple. With the key collected, you can head up to the Academy. Travel to the sunken village that’s connected to the south side of the Academy and fight or right your way past the enemies. The route will take you over a bridge toward a magical blue seal. Interact with the seal to be transported to the Academy – this is what the Academy Glintstone Key is for. You will eventually find your way to the Castle Rooftops. In this area, take note there will be a place to hop down where you can loot a body and find a Stonesword Key. Then continue till you find an exit to your left, coming down on a rooftop where you will encounter a Bladed Talon Eagle. You'll see another corpse in the area sitting against a wall on the roof that you can pillage to find a gesture x1 Dozing Cross-Legged.

D, Hunter of the Dead: After defeating the Tibia Mariner in Summonwater Village, D can be found and spoken to at the Roundtable Hold if you haven't already in Limgrave. He'll show you the way to find another NPC, Gurranq, the Beast Clergyman. Once you visit Gurranq, D will sell his wares to you. It can be tough to figure out what to do when first stepping out of the tutorial dungeon and into the Lands Between. Fear not, as we have a comprehensive Beginner's Guide, Things You Should Know, and information on all the Starting Classes - covering all the basics and major features of Elden Ring, as well as Things to Do First to give some direction to your opening hours in the game. Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon is in the Raya Lucaria Academy. You will need to defeat Red Wolf Radagon to reach her. Crumbling Farum Azula

Once you reach the Altus Plateau, the next goal will be to reach Leyndell, Royal Capital. The Capital is the central location in Elden Ring, where the ruling demigods reside. To reach this location, you will need to travel northeast from the Grand Lift and then east up the large steps toward the center of the map. Further down the road, past the bridge, you can meet D, Hunter of the Dead, and begin his quest (if you already reached the Roundtable Hold before this point, he will not show up since you would have first met himat the holdinstead of near past the bridge, but quest progression remains the same).

Rest at the Giant’s Gravepost and then follow the main path southwest. You’re looking to reach the center of the area where the giant chasm is. Use the chains to cross into the southern area of the Mountaintops of the Giants. It’s here you’ll find the Fire Giant. While you are in Liurnia, make sure to explore the area in the East where you found the Tibia Mariner just south from the Carian Study Halland meet Iron Fist Alexander. Use an Oil Pot to free him. ( See it on the map). Note that if you found Alexander in Mt. Gelmir where the Magma Wyrm is prior to seeing him near the Jarburg village, this part of his quest will be skipped, but will still proceed as normal. Don't worry about starting with the wrong class, you will eventually find what you need, there are bows to discover. Also it is possible to respect your character when you have the right items later in the game. Note: If you decide to take the Grand Lift to Atlus using the Dectus Medallions, you'll meet up with Rya the Scout, who will offer to take you to Volcano Manor, but it's recommended to put this off until later. For now, activate the grace directly North of her, then you may obtain the two map fragments for Atlus before continuing down this guide. Work out what button does what action and learn about moves not listed in the in-game settings menu.

Danger and discovery lurk around every corner in FromSoftware's largest game to-date. Content-wise, an Elden Ring expansion would likely feature a considerable amount of content, and given the base size of the game, we would expect to see a completely new map covering about 1/3 of the area of the base game. Given previous Artorias of the Abyss and The Old Hunters expansions for other FromSoftware games, you can probably rely on seeing: You start the game with a limited number of Sacred Flask uses, but it doesn't need to stay that way. If you're hoping to add more charges or upgrade the potency of your Flask, all you need to do is find the right items. To do this you'll need to go out and find Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears. Once you've found a stabby thing you like you're probably going to want to know how to strengthen weapons in Elden Ring as enemies and threats will get tougher as you progress. It means you'll always be looking to improve your damage output and adding a +1 or more to a weapon is as important as levelling up your character.
