About this deal

Unlike the 1300D, the EOS 1500D offers a 24.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, while featuring the same DIGIC 4+ processor. This allows the camera to capture some great scenes while keeping the load on the low. The camera cannot handle heavy loads, which is evident by the fact that it can capture videos only in 1080p@30fps and has a continuous shooting of just 3 fps. That being said, it does come with some features should appeal to the general audience as well. zone TTL open-aperture metering/Evaluative metering (linked to all AF points) / Partial metering (approx. 10% of viewfinder at center) / Center-weighted average metering

Overall, autofocusing performance when composing using the rear screen in Live View is painfully slow and very sluggish, as was the case with the predecessor. This camera does not feature Canon’s brilliant Dual Pixel AF. So, sadly, the camera often hunts and questions its accuracy, which leads to both unusually slow and inaccurate focusing in Live View. Autofocus is even worse when shooting in low light, making it quite difficult to capture any images as the light levels drop. The white balance on the camera was at times off the mark, which did result in a bit of unnatural color reproduction. While photography enthusiasts can understand the difference, and the change is in fact easily editable, the general audience who are looking at it as their normal shooter to replace their point-and-shoot cameras might have to take more than a single shot. Also, the burst mode on the camera, like I said earlier, captures only at 3fps, which is never going to be enough for fast moving objects, even in the bundled Sports mode. The EOS 1500D is quite pleasant to hold single-handedly ergonomically – all the controls are on the right, making it easy to reach practically everything. You’ll feel right at home with this model if you’ve worked with Canon DSLRs before. If you’re going from another brand, getting used to the controls will take some time.to 30s (Total shutter speed range. Available range varies by shooting mode.), Bulb, X-sync at 1/200s And considering the predecessor wasn’t particularly revolutionary, we expected a bit more considering the recency of this release. But, as it is, like the predecessor before it, Canon has played it safe once more and holds onto many of its tried elements. Thankfully, like the T6, it manages to remain capable and affordable enough for the market it aims. Is this a good camera for you? It makes an excellent choice for someone looking for a stills camera, not a video camera. While it’s capable as a basic video camera, it’s better suited for photography alone. Though bear in mind, it’s burst shooting is not an especially strong point, and it’s not well suited for shooting action. AF points with 1 cross-type point in the center at f/5.6, extra sensitivity at f/2.8 or faster (except when an EF 28-80mm f/2.8-4L USM lens or EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro lens is attached) Live View

All the data above is based on Canon's testing standards and CIPA (Camera & Imaging Products Association) testing standards and guidelines. Single shooting, Continuous shooting, Self-timer with 10-s or 2-s delay and 10-s delay with continuous shooting Priced at Rs. 37,990 for the Kit Lens Combo of both (18-55mm + 55-250mm), the Canon EOS 1500D is a great camera, offering plenty of budget-oriented features along with a design that makes it perfect for a lot of amateurs as well as professional users out there. But is this the perfect choice for your first DSLR? Let’s find out, as we take an in-depth look at Canon’s latest budget offering, in our EOS 1500D review: Chip xử lý hình ảnh DIGIC 4+ Canon 1500Dđược Canon sử dụng cảm biến APS-C độ phân giải 24.1MP, Chip xử lý hình ảnh DIGIC 4+ có tốc độ cao hơn, ISO mở rộng tối đa 12.800 (nếu để ISO Auto thì chỉ chạy từ 100 – 6.400), khả năng chụp liên tiếp 1.110 ảnh với tốc độ 3 tấm/giây. All in all, the Canon EOS 1500D is literally the same as the EOS 1300D, and like I said, I actually happen to like that. Canon has made a name for itself being one of the best cameras that an amateur can use, thanks to the great ease of use it offers, and the 1300D was a great example of that. As such, Canon has played it safe, throwing the same design on the 1500D, while making it a tad bit lighter, which makes it just perfect for single-handed usage. Features

Why is Canon EOS 4000D better than Canon EOS 1500D?

Canon sent us the EF S18-55 IS II kit lens, which the 1500D is typically sold with. This is a pretty standard lens that’s useful for most shooting scenarios. It offers 3x optical zoom, has a switch for manual focus or autofocus, and a built-in stabiliser. You also get a shoulder strap, a 16GB Class 10 SD card, battery, and charger in the box. Canon EOS 1500D features and specifications The EOS 1500D is identical to the previous generation based on exterior looks. It is of the same size and weight as its predecessor, and as far as button placement goes, it’s precisely the same. One-handed shooting is accessible on the camera, but it still offers a good grip thanks to ample rubber cladding on the camera’s right side. The plastic finish doesn’t feel too premium, and that’s to be expected for a basic DSLR. We found the auto white balance to be a little inconsistent though, as many timeswe ended up with with varying degrees of colour tones in the same set of burst images. Some of the macros that we shot ended up withoversaturated colours at times. Close ups have good detail though and edges are well defined in most cases. However, the burst mode isn't too helpful with fast moving subjects. 3fps is simply not enough for the job, which is a shame. Figures are based on Canon's testing standards (ISO 100 and Standard Picture Style) using an 8GB card. The Nikon D3400 continues to be a strong contender at Rs. 30,000, and it’s the one we’d recommend if you’re looking to buy your first DSLR.
