Giant Mook: When the astartes prove to be a difficult foe to kill, the genestealer primus unleashes genestealer aberrants upon the Blood Angels. The aberrants are a hulking but dim-witted strain of genestealer (considered by the genestealer cult to be "impure" amongst their kind) who dwarf even the astartes, and prove themselves to be far deadlier enemies than the cultists.

Although the Chapter numbered among its brethren those few Astartes descended from Sanguinius to be spared an ultimate devolution into something no longer human or sane, the mark of the Flaw was still upon the Lamenters in the eyes of their fellow Space Marines, many of whom chose to shun the Chapter, regardless of its undoubted loyalty to the Emperor of Mankind and His Imperium and its noble efforts in the defence of its people.

Disney Death: Kazarion is seemingly killed by the Broodlord in Episode 9, but the final episode begins showing that he had in fact survived. The Sanguinor rarely appears on the field of battle, only arriving when the Blood Angels are in dire need of his aid. The Sanguinor will not simply use his power to provide an instant victory, but he will aid the Blood Angels in carrying out combat tasks that without his aid would simply have been impossible to achieve. The Chapter also possessed 2 unusually powerful battle barges, 6 strike cruisers and 3 Vanguard-class Cruisers as well as 22 escorts of various classes. Attention Deficit... After the battle in the Signus Cluster, the Blood Angels were able to link up with Ultramar and under the watchful eyes of Roboute Guilliman Sanguinius was eventually crowned Emperor of Imperium Secundus. [31]
Blood Angels also have a habit of sleeping whenever possible in the sarcophagi used to create them.
