About this deal

That aside, ive looked at the sheets , and a few videos of them, and the FC12 seems to just be a slightly longer but thinner, and more advanced version of the FC11. It has an additional moonlight mode, and better high/ turbo efficiency, but is there any other significant difference between them? It looks like the FC12 is less floodly than the FC11 , but I cant tell if thats because it actually has less flood (which isnt exactly desirable), or if it just looks like that because it's modes are just more powerful. Im leaning towards the FC12 over the FC11 if the usb c to c charging works and there is no other major difference in favor of the FC11. The only LED available in the FC11 is a 5000K, 90 CRI Samsung LH351D. Colors are far more vivid and accurate with this LED than most, and the tint is close to midday sunlight. It's a little greener than some options on a white wall, but it's only noticeable when compared directly to more rosy light sources. The spill is a little cooler than the hotspot, but otherwise the tint is fairly even across the beam.

Recharging here is accomplished via USB-C on the light itself. Unfortunately this requires a USB-A to C cable and USB-C to C is unsupported. Charging of the 3000mAh battery was very linear during the 4 hour and 37 minutes it took to go from LVP at 2.825V to full at 4.13V. It almost immediately went to charge at 1A and then declined slowly and linearly creating a very linear but not the most ideal curve for a lithium battery. The lights electronic switch flashes fairly bright red while charging and then goes solid green when charged. The light will operate in low mode during charging. Size wise there are a lot of similar lights to the FC11. Length and diameter wise the Convoy S2+ is basically identical but my S2+ is the UV model so not a great comparison for beam shots. My Thrunite TC15 is about 7mm longer and about 1.5mm larger in diameter.Wurkkos DL70 Super Bright 13000lm Dive Light, Amphibious Flashlight, Underwater 100m, with 2*26650 Flashlights, 4*XHP50B, 4 Modes Operation The Wurkkos FC11 is a compact 18650 flashlight. It is USB-C (woohoo!) rechargeable and comes with a 3000mAh Wurkkos-branded 18650 battery, among other things. The LED is a Samsung LH351D 90-CRI 5000K, one of my current favorite LEDs: good lumen output, no obvious tint-shift, my fav CCT, etc. Spec’ed output is 1300 lumens from it’s FET-based driver. It has a single side e-switch. The battery tube is reversible so you can change the clip direction. The tailcap has a strong magnet. Rather than knurling, the battery tube is ribbed similar to a large Lumintop Worm / EDC01. The reflector is very shallow, pretty close to the depth of an S2+ reflector. The only thing coming to mind that's objectively wrong or poorly done is that the USB-C charging doesn't comply with the standard, and can only charge using an A-to-C cable or a series of adapters that add the correct resistance between a certain pair of pins. It's my understanding this should be easy to get right, not requiring any active electronics. More flashlights with USB-C get this wrong than right, but it's easy enough that there's not much excuse. The charging performance is fairly typical at about 1A, finishing in just under four hours. Conclusion

The thing to note about this LED is it produces a larger beam than most other LEDs in the same reflector. So even though this has an orange peel, TIR, style setup, you do get a nice and wide hot spot. Otherwise it will look like other TIR. It’s good for walking around outside, or moving about where you need a decent amount of balanced light with some flood and some throw to it. This is the “all around” optic. Provided below are a few runtimes. The claim of 1300 lumens is almost certainly for the 4000K version. It doesn’t seem that Wurkkos provided specs for this very warm and higher CRI edition. Both of those factors will mean that we can expect the output to be less, and that’s what we see in fact. I have a bigger issue with not speccing the 2700K option, than for “being wrong” or “misleading” necessarily. One remark regarding your runtimes and the following Modes and Currents: Wurkkos used a 3500mAh battery for their ANSI/NEMA FL1 Chart (see manual “Notes”) instead the delivered 3000 mAh. I’ll evaluate the clip from my A6 for use on the FC11 when it arrives, but would like to know of other options.

I wonder if Match’s idea would work. Instead of drilling, could the wire be threaded through the lanyard hole on the tailcap? New Release】Wurkkos TD04 XHP50D HI Rechargeable Flashlight USB-C 3000 lumens Torch IP68 Waterproof EDC Tail Switch,21700 Battery Two Mode Group TacticalThe great part about this light is the LED, which is the Samsung LH351D and right now you can get it in: 2700k, 4000k, and 5000k. All of them are good, but I am particularly partial to the 5000k in this LED. It offers a fantastically clean light. It is high CRI, above 90, but the light is incredibly neutral in tone for how white it is. Typically you don’t see that, so if you want to make your 4000k SST-20 look warm and cozy, shine it next to this LED. So naturally what I have selected here is the 5000k variant, but the 2700k is a good grab too. I believe there’s only one body for the FC11. But I know of at least two emitter temperature options: 2700K and 4000K. I think there may also be a 5000K, but I’m less certain on that.
