About this deal

They believed that if we change how we look at our environment, and see it as a whole, we can reduce the effects of fear, anger and frustration. This technique is also used for de-stressing: by mentally seeing what’s going on around you from a different angle, it helps you come at things from a calmer place, restoring balance in your mind. It can also help to help you get relief from anxiety and stress. Why should I do the view from above meditation? Look for your town or house. Try for the maximum possible expansion of the satellite image photo. In many Stoa: there are hours of guided view from above meditations themes. Several meditations extend this outline. (disclaimer, I’m working on this)

Move your focus to the part where the breath is most noticeable. For many people this is at the entrance of the nostrils. I use this feature quite a lot when selecting new places to explore by bike. I imagine some of you will agree when I say that I find myself having to put more and more effort into freeing up time to work on myself, read, think, and be productive. He taught that everything happening to us has its own purpose. We shouldn’t be concerned with what’s going to happen in the future, or what we’ve done – but rather focused on what’s actually happening right now. And here I am speaking of those who shone forth with wonderful brightness; as for all the rest, the moment that they breathed their last, they were “out of sight, out of mind.” And what does it amount to, in any case, everlasting remembrance? Sheer vanity and nothing more. What, then, is worthy of our striving? This alone, a mind governed by justice, deeds directed to the common good, words that never lie, and a disposition that welcomes all that happens, as necessary, as familiar, as flowing from the same kind of origin and spring.
