About this deal

And 20! sprays mate!.....My God!.......It used to require a max of just 4 once. Restraint was required! Does anyone think twenty effing sprays is normal?

This for me is the ultimate evidence for fragrances being way more appreciated once they get scarce. Because although this is a nice fragrance, i absolutely expected way more. This effectively is like safari with a little different twist in the drydown.Anyways, it's citric, spicy and leathery at it's core. It's great for year round use, and you can wear this during the day or at night easily - this is a signature scent through and through. I wouldn't say this is necessarily going to be a go-to for the office for someone who's under the age of 35, but it definitely is safe for the office as it isn't really that animalic or brash. To me, it's just very classy and well put together so definitely you can use it in pretty much any situation. I would even say you could use this casually or formally - it's that versatile! This is, for many people, a kind of standard for classic men's tobacco fragrances, but I feel pretty mixed about it. I do like it, because it's distinctive and enjoyable, but it's far from the best tobacco fragrance I've ever tried. It's soapy and aldehydic, and it's pretty much bone-dry. While I like this quality in some Aramis flankers (like Aramis 900), this quality just doesn't work as well with tobacco, and makes the whole thing seem a bit flat. (Curiously, Aramis by Aramis, the original scent in the family, is juicy, whereas this, Aramis 900, and Aramis Devin are all not.)

The opening notes are grassy green and fresh, spiced with cinnamon. The heart is woody with pelargonium, which possesses an intensive floral-spicy aromatic scent. The perfume ends with a massive leather note. At 34 minutes and 11 seconds into the movie, Bond takes a bath in the tub while on the phone with his friend Felix Leiter, while a large bottle of Aramis Classic rests on the metallic silver-colored table to the bottom left of the screen. Aramis is a one of a kind fragrance. In fact, it's not a fragrance. It's an experience. It's an entity, a myth, a legend, an icon, a titan amongst dwarves. It's like a gargantuan man made monolith in the middle of the desert that defies logic, history, time, space, context, people and civilization. The monolith doesn't belong there, yet it's there. It's not going anywhere, will not move, will not falter, will not give in, will not compromise, will not apologize for what and who it is, and completely dominates and overpowers the landscape. This one is GORGEOUS! And I think every fraghead should have, at least one Aramis in their collection. Havana is perfect balance of orange, tobacco, piney fir, and oakmoss.Aramis adventurer is relatively safe and versatile, which is surprisingly contradictory to the name! The longevity of the scent is outstanding, lasting up to five hours. This is a modern take on the classic Aramis cologne and won’t fill the room since it has a weaker projection. It makes for a unique and sophisticated summer fragrance. Who can wear it: Boyfriends for their girlfriends older men might like this one, and let’s be honest, your girlfriend probably bought it for herself.

I can confirm, in good faith, that until around 2018 Aramis was all the wonders people talk about, and more. However, if you are considering acquiring a batch from 2019 onwards, please don't. This classic masterpiece has been assassinated.

This fragrance is ideal in colder weather in a suit or upscale when you want to do business. It’s a smell that will appeal to the older gentleman but I love to wear it myself (25 y/o). Lovers of sweet and blue fragrances beware! This is not for the faint of heart and will break you, if you’re not mentally prepared. Ye be warned! LONGEVITY: 3/10. Moderate to low, it projects softly for about 1 hour, then it becomes a skin scent. Aramis doesn’t pretend to be someone. Aramis it’s a stunning leather, that while all macho in its campaigns and visuals, it also has room for the gentle and romantic man. Given the similarities to Cabochard, marketed towards women, as Azurée, it’s clear that for perfumers, perfume has no gender. A formula, twisted and modified, revealing different sides to fit the gender that marketing executives deem right. Bullshit! Bernard Chant flipped them the middle finger (Aramis/Azurée, Cinnabar/J.H.L, Aromatics Elixir/Aramis 900…) and gave us basically the same perfume in a different bottle. I’m sure he and Estée had a blast!
