First time using. Marathon training 45 -60 on long runs I take a Maurten 100 gel. Easy to swallow even without water. Easy on the stomach and keeps me rolling. Worth the money, don’t go cheap on gels. Ur investing time training then go with the best gel product out there that gonna compliment ur training I like the gels because they are not as sweet as other products I have tried. I also like the hydrogel texture.

The products are pure and natural of taste. The high level of carbs are really helpful during cycling to keep the strength. I have been using Maurten for a couple of years now and it has always helped me. Very easy to swallow even without water. Sits well with my stomach where as other gels don’t. Great products! The only thing I missed was that I considered the parcel excessively big with air bags which I consider not very sustaible. This could be improved.
